 Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC)
With the objective of strengthening anti-corruption prevention activities in Bangladesh, TIB and ACC on 5th June 2017 signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which is the extension of the 1stMoUsigned in May 2015. The second round of MOU will facilitate collaboration in the areas of research, advocacy, capacity building of anti-corruption advocates and prevention activities.Learn more

 

Asian Center for Development

 

 

Asian Center for Development
TIB entered into partnership with The Asian Centre for Development (ACD) to carry out a study titled “Unbundling Pledges, Actions of INDCS and Measuring Public Perceptions – A Methodological Study” on 14th August 2016. Under the partnership ACD reviewed the INDC pledges of Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Maldives on climate change mitigation. An objective of the study was a conceptual review of major stakeholders in each of these countries towards reducing emissions and their role compared to BAU scenarios. Study was completed and disseminated through press conference on 24th July 2017 and sending the report to concern stakeholders.Learn more

Association for Land Reform and Development (ALRD)
TIB entered into a formal MOU with Association for Land Reform and Development (ALRD) on January 2014 to promote good governance in the land administration and management in the country through joint advocacy, social mobilization and capacity building activities.Learn more

Citizen's Platform for SDGs
The Platform was formally launched on 18 June 2016 to track the progress of SDG delivery; sensitise policymakers towards challenges in implementation; bring transparency in the implementation process; and, facilitate exchange of information and coordination among all those working on the SDGs in Bangladesh. As one of the partners, TIB is also a Core Group member of this platform.Learn more

TIB is a member of the Human Rights Forum Bangladesh (HRFB), a network of 19 rights bodies that collectively produce Bangladesh-specific reports on human rights records known as Universal Periodic Review of the Human Rights Council, an inter-governmental body within the United Nations system.Learn more

Information Commission
Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) and Information Commission signed amemorandum of understanding (MoU)on 11 October 2017 at Information Commission. The areas of mutual cooperation include, among others, youth engagement programmes for promotion of the effective use of the RTI Act, media communication and campaign through mass media, capacity building training of information officers and observance of the International Right to Know Day.Learn more
 
 
 
National Committee for Saving the Sundarbans (NCSS)
TIB is a member of National Committee to Protect the Sundarbans, a coalition formed in 2013 comprising 101 prominent right activists, academics and environmentalists to save national pride Sundarban from all kinds of destructions including installation of power plant at Rampal in Bagerhat.
