The purview of this manual is spread over the whole organization and it comprises of the functions of Finance & Administration Division and segmented as Financial Procedure Manual, Budget Manual, Procurement Manual, Transport & Travel Manual, Property and Stores Manual, CCC Finance Manual, Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Policy, Information Technology Policies & Procedural Manual, TIB Employees Contributory Provident Fund Manual, Guideline – Staff Welfare Fund, Baby Corner Guideline etc.
