Citizen's Report Card

TIB has been applying the citizens’ report card (CRC) method for assessing the level of satisfaction of the service recipients in terms of the content and quality of services provided by the public service delivery institutions. The CRCs are used as key tools of advocacy to reduce corruption and enhance transparency and accountability in public service delivery institutions in education, health, local government, and other public service delivery institutions at the grassroots.
