Capacity Building of National Chapter - The Case of TI-BangladeshDeveloping programmes and building capacity are interrelated. TIB is building its capacity in two ways:

The output of the process is a set of project proposals to be submitted to the donor consortium. 2. Tasks and Duties A team of consultants will perform the tasks in three phases (preparatory, conceptualization and writing). (a) Preparatory Phase
(b) Conceptualization Phase
(c) Writing Proposals
3. Methodology The consultant will apply participatory techniques involving the stakeholders in the whole process. 4. Composition of the Team and Requirement The team of consultants put together has planning and facilitation skills for the preparation of logical framework. The process presupposes from the team good analytical skills and sound understanding of governance, accountability and transparency. The evaluation team may compose of a project management specialist and a communication expert. 5. Duration The team will carry out the assignment within 30 person days. 6. Report The evaluation team will submit a report on the outputs of the conceptualization phase. The proposals including the final logical framework within a set deadline. Fundraising TIB has put together a group of donors. The proposals will be presented to them and it is expected that the building of TIB's organisational capacity would be the initial phase prior to commencement of any project. |
