Mehedi Haque is a Planner who completed his graduation in Urban & Regional Planning in 2008. He is engaged in the monthly Satire & Cartoon Magazine, UNMAD as an Associate Editor and as the Editorial Cartoonist of the daily New Age. He coordinates a Cartoon Appreciation Course from UNMAD magazine and is also engaged in ‘KATHPENCIL’ studio which is an experimental children book illustration group. He was selected as the Cartoonist of the year in the UNMAD Cartoonist Award-2008. He has also achieved the Grand Prize of Right to Health Cartoon Competition by GTZ, SIDA, Bangladesh Govt. in 2008 and received the credit of special mention in TIB organized Anti-Corruption Cartoon Competition, 2007. He has achieved the 2nd position in 'Group - B' in this year's Anti-Corruption Cartoon Competition organized by TIB.
